ORGAN1st Radio launched in October 2007, with the November 2011 edition marking our 50th programme. The show is presented by ex-BBC broadcaster Alan Ashton and features old and new recordings of theatre organs, electronic organs and keyboards. He plays everything from Wersi to Wurlitzer, Hammond to Compton.

The Podcast is maintained by MSS Studios who also run the ORGANS.co.uk website where some of the recordings played on the show can be purchased.

See the iTunes preview page for the audio Podcasts. This links to iTunes, where you can click the subscribe link to get the latest editions as soon as they become available.

Alan Ashton has also created videos of many famous organists which can be seen on his YouTube/gramRfone channel on YouTube (see the videos link at the top of the page for all the videos and links).
